Ann has been a resident of the Ketchum-Sun Valley area for over 20 years. As a native of Southern California, Ann’s love of the ocean led her back to the beach to attend college in Santa Barbara, where she studied architecture and fine arts. As a new agent in the real estate industry, Ann utilizes her 15 years of sales skills and experience on behalf of her clients. She has 6 previous years of interior design experience and will continue to pursue both design and her talent as a professional freelance photographer.
Her genuine personality, passion for detail, and drive for perfection, have been keys to her success. She considers her diligent work ethic and loyalty to her clients a normalcy. Ann likes to say “I didn’t choose real estate as a career, real estate chose me”.
Ann is an avid supporter of the Wood River Land Trust, Animal Shelter of Wood River Valley and many other charities.
