About Matt Ward

Matt was born right here in Sun Valley, Idaho in 1985 and can be labeled a true “local” when defining his love and knowledge of the area. Before receiving his Real Estate Sales Associate License in 2013, Matt received a BA in Advertising and Marketing from the University of Idaho and worked as an Advertising and Sales Consultant for the Idaho Mountain Express newspaper in Ketchum. His optimism for sales and his skills in marketing allowed him to build many professional relationships throughout the valley. Matt and his wife Elizabeth were married in 2013 and recently purchased their first home in Hailey. Matt’s business partner is Cindy Ward, his mother and 26 year accomplished Real Estate Broker at Sun Valley Real Estate, LLC.
