Leisa honed her real estate skills in New Jersey. As principal broker of her own company she was actively involved with condominium & new home development and marketing in the suburban communities of southern New Jersey just outside Philadelphia, and also the resort areas in and around Atlantic City. Later, she was a award winning residential agent at one of the top offices in Cherry Hill.
No stranger to owning real estate herself, she has personally owned second homes and investment properties in New Jersey, Pennsylvania & Vermont. After a visit to Sun Valley in 1998, Leisa and her husband Ken bought a townhome and made plans to move. Shortly there after, they built a permanent home in the Mid Valley area.
Leisa is a Certified Residential Specialist, a designation held by less than 3% of all Realtors. She is also an Accredited Buyer’s Representative.
