Eeva Turzian is known for delivering thoughtful, high-level representation across Sun Valley’s luxury real estate market. Consistently ranked among the top agents in the Sun Valley Board of Realtors, she brings deep expertise in luxury estate homes, new developments, condominiums, and distinctive residential and commercial properties throughout the Wood River Valley.

Originally from Michigan, Eeva moved to Sun Valley after graduating from the Whittemore School of Business at the University of New Hampshire, where she was an All-American Division I ski racer. Today, she is deeply rooted in the community and the mountain lifestyle. She balances her work and local involvement, including service on the Zions Bank Advisory Board and Visit Sun Valley Advisory Board, with family life alongside her husband, Bryce, and their two children.

Alex Lugovina brings a strong operational foundation and strategic mindset to her work in real estate. Her background spans fundraising, development, and business operations, where she worked in high-pressure environments that demanded precision, discretion, and trusted relationship management. Previously in her career, she worked with global leaders including former Prime Minister Tony Blair and financier Mike Milken before transitioning into the tech startup world.

Alex combines that operational expertise with a highly personalized, client-first approach. Since joining Eeva Turzian’s team in March 2025, she has supported high-end residential listings and transactions, helping ensure each property is thoughtfully prepared, well positioned, and seamlessly executed. Clients value her organization, proactive communication, positive energy, and ability to make complex processes feel clear and manageable.

She attended American University in Washington, D.C., where she was captain of the Division I women’s lacrosse team.
